Information We Collect From You

You are required to provide us with information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you choose to contact us through our website. We require this information in order to respond to your inquiries and to keep track of the individuals and organizations interested in our products and services. We also collect information to manage our online client portals. Individuals seeking employment with TCH must provide us with personal information so that we can evaluate their qualifications and perform any necessary background checks.

In order to purchase our tax online services, you are required to complete the registration form that includes contact information (such as name, email address, and phone number) and payment information. If you pay using credit card, we will collect financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. As an added layer of protection, credit card information is encrypted via a tokenization method.

If you upload a form or other file from your desktop or mobile device, we collect and store those files and/or data.

When you use our technical support and customer service functions or otherwise contact our support staff, we may collect information about the questions or concerns you submit. In order to improve the quality of our services, we may record support calls (after informing you during that call and before the recording starts) or support chat sessions. We may also ask to share your screen solely for the purpose of resolving your inquiry.

We collect customer testimonials, surveys, promotions, marketing events, trade shows, webinars, conferences, customer research, feedback or a similar event or occurrence where you provide personal information.

When you use of our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address.

We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise their CCPA privacy rights.
